What payment methods do you take?
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover (credit cards, gift cards, or debit cards) through PayPal. PayPal is a trusted name and we have decided to use their Secure Checkout feature for our transactions. If you don't currently have a PayPal Account, no worry, you don't need one. Just fill out the credit card and shipping info forms and continue to make the purchase at the PayPal site.

I screwed up my order, can you help?
If you want to change your order and we have not yet sent it out - contact us at info@emmaleetee.com and we will get it straight.

How much does shipping cost?
We use the US Post Office (USPS) for all of our packages.
*Standard First Class Mail - $8.00 (after selecting your zip code and country Choose FREE Shipping for US and Canada)

International orders are at the standard $8.00 shipping rate.

What are your sizes? I am not a young chick. Can I still order a girly tee?
Please visit our Sizing Chart page for information. Generally our sizes are women sizes but they run a little small (basically Juniors). So if you are normally a medium you will most likely be a large, etc. So yes, all women can wear our shirts. Now if you are a guy you can order too. But hopefully it's a gift or that would just be weird.

My shirt is not right, should I send it back?
No. First please contact us at info@emmaleetee.com with your name, address and order number and use the term "RETURN" in the subject line. We will get it right for you.

I never got an order confirmation email. What do I do?
Please email us at info@emmaleetee.com - more than likely your email service blocked our message as spam and maybe put it in your spam folder. We will look up your order and confirm it for you manually.

How long before I get my order?

We usually attempt to fill your order within 2 business days. But please give us up to a week before we send it out. Then shipping may range from 2 to 5 days on average. International orders may take a while longer (we can't give an estimate).
