Return and Shipping Policy for "our websites"

Return Policy

We value your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.   If we have sent you the wrong product or you feel the product is defective, we will refund your entire purchase price.  We will also pay to ship the product back to us.  Please contact us at info [at] emmaleetee.com and include "RETURN" in the subject line.   We will contact you with instructions on returns.   You should contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.  We can not accept returns after 15 days.

If you simply want to return a product or exchange it, you will be responsible for shipping costs back to our company.  We do not have a restocking fee.   We can not refund money or exchange products for products that are worn, washed, or damaged. 

 

Cancellation

We can cancel an order if we have not yet shipped it out.  If you want to cancel an order and we have already sent it out, you will be responsible for shipping costs to send it back (see above).

 

Shipping Policy

We use the US Postal service for all orders.  We send out items using First Class Mail for packages or Priority Mail w/tracking.  We currently charge $8.00 per order for standard shipping.  We do not offer overnight delivery options.  We generally ship out items within 5 days of receiving orders.  If an item is out of stock we will contact you with a time line for the order.
