What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Pay Pal. You will be forwarded to the Pay Pal site during
checkout to complete your order. You do not need a Pay Pal account to order.

Do I need to be a licensed re-seller to order from the Emmaleetee.com wholesale site?
You need to have a reseller number from Arizona or your own state to order "tax free" from this site.
You need to download and print a copy of the Arizona Form 5000A and fill out the "purchaser"
section and "certification" section. Please fax it back to us at 928-284-1026 or email as an attachment to:
info [at] emmaleetee [dot] com. You can not save the data in the form so you must print it out then fax it back or
print it, scan it, then email it back. We need this form on file whether you are an Arizona or out-of-state
reseller. If for some reason you can not open the file (perhaps you need to update your Adobe?) we can fax
you over a document. Just contact us by email.

Is it really free shipping?
Yes. If you are located in the US or Canada the shipping is free. Just choose the "FREE SHIPPING" option
after you enter your zip code on the order page.

Do you offer high volume pricing?
Please contact us at with your quantities needed and we will give you a specific quote.

Can I use some of your product photos on our web site?
Yes. As long as the photo represents our product which you are reselling.

Are your products made in the USA?
All of our products are screen-printed in the USA. Some of the shirts are assembled over-seas. Some are
made in the USA. We say "Made in the USA" on our shirts that are completely made here.

How long before I get my order? How do you ship?
We usually attempt to fill your order within two business days. If for some reason the order will take longer
we will give you an explanation (like if we need to print products before shipping). Products will usually
arrive 2 to 5 days after shipping. We use the US post office for all shipments (except in the case of very
large orders, we may make other arrangements).

Can I get a t-shirt sample or two from you?
You can order a sample of our standard shirt - burnout style - or distressed style on our sample page.

Do you use barcodes or price tags, etc.?
We only have a product tag on each shirt. We do not have suggested prices or barcodes printed on
tags. We cater to small boutique resellers and indie-type online merchants. We find that they do not
require barcodes, etc. Also, our shirts do not have a tag in the neck. There is a small "product care"
tag on the inside seam of the shirt.
